Late Fee Policy

Beginning in the Fall of 2022 CYO will be imposing a LATE Fee for any registrations after the closing date.  Furthermore, we will only take “Late” registrations for 1 week after a sport closes. No exceptions!  We as an organization hate to turn any child away, but the requests for late registrations is at an all time high.  We give ample amount of time to register for a sport. Most of the time, we do an “Intent to Play” before the sport even opens. We use these tools to prepare for the season. Order uniforms/ T-shirts, recruit coaches and see how many teams we expect to field.  When we have late registrations this messes with our numbers. If we were a Township Organization you would not ask for a late sign up, please give CYO that same respect.  We appreciate your cooperation with this and look forward to successful seasons ahead!
